Ealing Broadway have an incredibly good Click & Collect offer at the centre. However research suggests awareness is low among their customer base. We needed to educate and drive awareness about the service, encourage further use and then further spend within the centre.
We created a campaign that featured different scenarios and devices to show how easy it is to use Ealing Broadway to Click & Collect. This ran across a mix of media within the catchment.
