Brief

To make Whiteley the destination of choice Christmas shopping within the catchment, continuing our distinctive and unique brand voice and utilising an existing TV advert with some Christmas tweaks.

This needed to run across everything from mall posters, press ads, radio, car park signage, digital, doordrops and even TV.

Solution

We continued to build on Whiteley’s unique brand voice through the use of the ‘ly’ idea, but focused on the main benefits of shopping there at Christmas in that it’s easier, calmer and more convenient. This was also further flexed across each of the relevant categories that we were promoting.

Results

  • Overall the campaign has delivered over 24 million impacts
  • Digital delivered over 8.4 million impressions, with video outperforming all other formats and achieving a CTR of 8.2%
  • Average retail spend increased by 69%
