Old Market is set in a traditional British city of Hereford, with a strong rural community. Our brief was to increase dwell time at Old Market throughout Summer.

Solution

We continued the core idea from Christmas ‘Come round’ but themed it with everything which evoked summer; rubber rings, flip fops, drinks and nibbles. This thought was continued by dressing up Old Market with flip flops, deck chairs and classic summer games. Customers were encouraged to share their experience on social to win various prizes. The idea was simple, engaging and stylish. Luckily the sun was shining!

Results

Overall the campaign has delivered 5.4 million impacts, equating to a CPT of £4.85.

Digital achieved 1.6 million impressions, and a CTR of 0.67%.

Facebook achieved a 6% engagement rate

Dwell time increased by 27%, and sales were up by 8% year on year
